Terms & Information

For clarity, the customer will be referred to as “you”, Flawskin as “we”, and www.flawskin.se as “the website”.

These terms are written for your protection as a customer, and before completing a purchase we kindly ask you to read them carefully. By making a purchase on the website, you agree to these terms.

Flawskin is not responsible for external circumstances. We refer to the Swedish law “Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act” (2005:59).


Prices

All prices on the website are displayed in SEK.

Any import duties and taxes may be added when the shipment reaches your delivery address. Please note that Flawskin has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please contact your local customs office for further information.

We have no minimum order value and no product quantity requirements when placing an order. You are free to choose any items from our assortment. We reserve the right to change and correct prices, adjust stock quantities, and correct any obvious typographical errors that may occur on the website. We trust and hope that you as a customer understand this.


Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

If you are under 18 years old, an adult’s approval is required before completing an order.

For special orders or agreed direct invoicing from Flawskin where payment is not received before the due date, late payment interest will be charged at the reference rate +9.00%, as well as a reminder fee.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Fees

We use DHL, PostNord, Budbee, Citymail, and Earlybird as delivery partners. For purchases over 1 SEK, we offer free shipping.

The standard shipping fee for orders below this value is 19 SEK.

All notifications related to your order will be sent to the phone number and email address provided during checkout. Flawskin cannot be held responsible for incorrect contact information. Please double-check that your details are accurate so that notifications can be delivered correctly.

Flawskin is not responsible for any delivery delays.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, with possible delays during campaigns and holidays.

We reserve the right for products to sell out. In the event of a sold-out item, we will contact you via the email address or phone number provided to find a suitable solution. As we occasionally offer Limited Edition products, please be aware that these follow a “first come, first served” principle. Limited Edition means the item will not be restocked.

If a Limited Edition item sells out, it will be cancelled from your order and refunded.

Delivery is available within Sweden.


Exchanges & Returns

Return Policy

When purchasing from our website, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection laws. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you or your representative received the ordered item. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products with a clear personal design.

To use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us within 30 days from the date you received it.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost of 49 SEK.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the returned products. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned products must be in unchanged and unused condition. This means labels, Velcro attachments, tags, and protective films must be intact and in their original condition. Returns must be packaged and shipped in the same manner as received in order to be approved.

If a returned item is damaged — such as missing labels, damaged Velcro, stains, hair, or removed protective films — Flawskin has the right to deduct a depreciation fee based on the condition of the product, up to 100% of the item’s value if it is no longer sellable.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at purchase once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds apply only to returned products; shipping fees are never refunded.

Exchanges

We do not handle direct exchanges at our warehouse. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the return policy and then place a new order. Once your return is approved, we will refund the product(s).

Complaints (Reklamation)

You have the right to complain about a product within three years. The issue should be reported as soon as it is discovered. Reporting a complaint within two months is considered within a reasonable timeframe.

You must be able to prove that the item was purchased from Flawskin. In such a case, please contact our customer service. For approved complaints, Flawskin covers all costs including shipping.

Flawskin reserves the right to refuse a complaint if we determine that the product is not defective according to consumer protection laws. In the event of disputes, Flawskin follows the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.

If a dispute arises between you and Flawskin and it cannot be resolved, you may file a complaint with the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution service (ODR): http://ec.europa.eu/odr.


Used Products

If you purchased your Flawskin product from a private individual, we unfortunately cannot assist with exchanges or complaints.


Other Information

Flawskin does not take responsibility for accidents or injuries occurring during the use of our products.

Please note that product images on the website may include additional equipment. The product description always defines what is included. Note that product colors displayed on the website may differ from actual colors.


Campaigns

Campaign offers and discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been completed. Campaigns apply only to new orders placed during the campaign period.


Force Majeure

Flawskin is not responsible for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect external circumstances including war, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, labor conflicts, government regulations, supplier failure, or similar situations outside our control that could not have been foreseen and that impact existing agreements.
